You may return any opened or unopened product for a refund within 45 days of the delivery date. We want you to have ample time to experience the benefits of our products. However, if 45 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we regret that we cannot accept the item(s) for return.

Product Effectiveness

We understand that certain products may require more extended usage to experience their full benefits. We strongly recommend that you use our products for more than 30 days to fully gauge their effectiveness. For some items, the actual effects may be progressive, and noticeable improvements may become evident after an initial period of use. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if available, and include all accessories and documentation.

Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team. Please ensure that the package is well-protected and consider using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and it is found to meet our return policy criteria, we will promptly process a refund to your original payment method within the next 4 to 7 business days. Please keep in mind that opened product might be not eligible for a full refund.
